Our generation is obsessed with consuming seemingly nutritious foods, but raw material doesn’t do much good if your machinery isn’t functioning properly.

Learn the Ayurvedic principles of bringing your body back into balance with food.

We’ll cover the following topics and more:

  • Restoring your Agni (digestive fire)

  • Balancing the foods you eat

  • Working with the Universal Clock and basic Ayurvedic guidelines for food consumption

This workshop will be a comprehensive exploration of food and digestion through an Ayurvedic lens. Hope you can join us!

Group meditation included - all are welcome!
