About the workshop
This holistic offering is part workshop, part experience.
You will:
Enjoy a meal of balancing kitchari, cooked with love by an Ayurvedic chef
Experience eating as a meditative act
Learn simple, practical mindful eating rituals
Learn how to improve your digestion and fully integrate your food
Stop worrying about what to eat and learn how to eat.
Optional meditation will be held at 6:30pm.

About the host
Stephanie Wright is the founder of The Wright Methods. She is a Brooklyn-based, Ayurvedic chef, yoga teacher and body work healer who believes that making conscious changes to your daily practices and diet can bring you back into balance with your physical, mental and spiritual needs.
