About the workshop
Join us online for an evening of meditation, fascinating Beatles history, and timeless music.
In 1968, The Beatles merged meditation with rock and roll, expanding human consciousness. The Fab Four traveled to India to deepen their practice and, in a creative flood, wrote The White Album.
Through stories, images, and music, Meditation Meets The Beatles explores how meditation influenced The White Album, and how The White Album influenced the world.
You’ll learn what the “round, round, round" of Dear Prudence means, why Blackbird is about civil rights, where “#9, #9” comes from, and how The Beatles’ worldwide reach allowed these songs to expand human consciousness.
This evening will forever expand your understanding of the power of meditation, and its impact on one of the world's most beloved bands.
