We've all experienced moments when we’re so absorbed in an activity that we lose the sense of time and, when we're done, we feel a sense of peace and joy. This happens because certain activities ease our minds into layers beyond thought — meditative drawing is one of them.
During this 90-minute online workshop, which will start with a meditation to ground and center us in our bodies, Marisa will lead the group through a series of simple drawing exercises which will allow our awareness to easily move beyond the thinking-mind into quieter levels of thinking.
We don’t have to force it or even try, we simply get absorbed in the process and we naturally come into a state of being, feeling open and at ease.
This workshop is open to all — no drawing or meditation experience required.
