Join us over the course of three months to transform your state of being.

Ayurveda, the science of life, is based on aligning ourselves to the rhythms of nature so our experience is in tune with this innate intelligence. It’s said that we are all born in perfect health — our goal is to maintain a life where we honor and remind ourselves of this.

During this 3-part Ayurveda immersion series, we will learn the foundations of Ayurveda, how to integrate this practice in your day-to-day life, and how to use food as medicine to maximize health and well-being.

When we know ourselves, we begin to make choices that serve. It is from this place of knowing that we find alignment, connection, and harmony.

Session 1: Tuesday, October 20, 6:30 - 8:30pm ET
Balance & Being: Fundamentals of Ayurveda

Learn about the history of Ayurveda and its origins, understand the pancha mahabhutas (the five great elements), and discover your dosha, the genetic blueprint to health and longevity.

Topics we will cover:

  • Fundamentals of Ayurveda, Vedanta, and Samkhya philosophy

  • Pancha Mahabhutas, Gunas, Doshas

  • True nature and balance: Prakriti and Vikruti

  • Discover your doshas and your ideal state of health

Session 2: Tuesday, November 17, 6:30 - 8:30pm ET
Find Inner Alignment: Implementing Your Ayurvedic Lifestyle

Develop a daily and seasonal self care routine for vitality and balance.

Topics we will cover:

  • Daily and seasonal routines for vitality, dinacharya and ritucharya

  • Master the Ayurvedic clock for ideal ways of being

  • Learn lifestyle and dietary practices that support balance

  • Learn what brings you from an ideal state of health to dis-ease

  • Gain a deeper understanding of your true nature

Session 3: Tuesday, December 15, 6:30 - 8:30pm ET
Food As Medicine: Ayurvedic Nutrition

With an understanding of the elements, we will explore and optimize lifestyle and dietary practices for proper digestion and assimilation.

Topics we will cover:

  • Developing our Agni (digestive fire), understanding digestion and disease

  • Six tastes, nutrition, and Ayurvedic diet guidelines

  • Foods for each dosha, mahagunas, and food combining principles
