About the workshop
Struggling with your practice, or just want a brush-up on the basics? This 90-minute workshop, co-led by Arden and Rick, will be an interactive opportunity to get refreshed in the basics of our practice. We'll cover correct meditation technique, what's happening in the mind and body during meditation, and how to integrate meditation into your daily life, with a specific focus on the new reality in which we're living.
Group Meditation and lots of time for Q&A included.
